By reserving these raffle tickets, you agree to be charged in full on June 5th, 2018 regardless of your attendance at the East Coast Fundraising Event. The following Terms & Conditions will apply to travel utilizing the SAA promotional tickets: a. Reservations for travel on promotional tickets are subject to availability and seats may not be available during peak travel periods b. The tickets are valid from 1 September 2018 to 30 September 2019 and are subject to the following blackout periods: 9 December 2018 - 15 January 2019 and 1July - 31 August 2019 c. Passengers will be responsible for payment of applicable taxes and fees (approximately $500 per ticket) d. A $250.00 ticket reissue fee will apply to any changes in flights, dates or itinerary, once the ticket has been issued e. Tickets cannot be sold, bartered or made available for trade f. All tickets must be issued within the term period of this agreement g. Ticket value is $1,500 per ticket
